Is yoga truly for everybody? Absolutely! Erin Heramb will lead us in an inclusive chair yoga session with a series of stretches and poses that are senior and injury accessible. Chair yoga is a great way to achieve the benefits of regular yoga, such as help with stress, pain, fatigue, and even arthritis. 

Whether you are looking for a gentle introduction into the practice, or needing a quick break from the work-at-home life, chair yoga is a great option!
