What is this?
Join GBIV and Bluebird Sky Yoga for an outdoor session that will help participants improve their strength, flexibility and overall health. This class is geared toward students of all ages dealing with a range of physical ailments and limitations (such as arthritis, minor aches and pains, postpartum, stiffness, etc.).
Students are expected to bring their own yoga mats, or email programs@brooklandvillage.org if they would like to borrow a mat. Location will be provided to registered participants.
