Social & Wellness
Each meditation workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the benefits and techniques of meditating. You will leave with practical tips for incorporating it into your daily life, and it's perfect for new and experienced meditators.
Workshops include an educational discussion and time to practice the different meditation techniques. These sessions will be led by greater Brookland's Shakeelah Sutton, an exercise physiologist and yoga teacher whose mission is to inspire people of color to heal from stress and trauma by using wellness practices as a catalyst for self-love.
