Make meditation a habit this year with our monthly Meditation Mondays workshops!

Each workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the benefits of meditation, techniques, and practical tips for incorporating it into your daily life.

Perfect for new and experienced meditators, these workshops will include both an educational group discussion and time to practice different meditation techniques.

These sessions will be led by greater Brookland's Shakeelah Sutton, an exercise physiologist and yoga teacher whose mission is to inspire people of color to heal from stress and trauma by using wellness practices as a catalyst for self-love and healing.
