Member Social
Sunday, November 9 | 1-3 PM | Brookland neighbor's home

A Village member is inviting Village members to her Brookland home for a Member Social/Potluck: Mediterranean style. Come and meet new neighbors, enjoy familiar faces, and pick up your GBIV tote bag if you haven't already! All Member Socials are potluck optional. If you’d like to bring something to share, please plan to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the social (by 1:30 PM). This helps ensure food is enjoyed during the gathering and doesn’t leave the host with too many leftovers. Can't make this one? Our goal to host one Social Hour each month, rotating to each neighborhood in our Village. Perhaps the next one could be at your home.

Game Group

 | 4 - 5:30 PM | Right Proper Brewing

Do you love board games? Join the Greater Brookland Intergenerational Village for our monthly game group! We recently moved to Sunday afternoons, and we’d love to see more neighbors join the fun. Come play, laugh, and help us keep this community favorite going strong! Bring a game of your own (or use ours), grab a drink or a snack, and have fun!

This event is held at Right Proper Brewery on Girard Street. We’ll plan to play on the patio when the weather is warm, and for cooler or rainy evenings, Right Proper has also offered to host us in the back production space.
