Come and meet new neighbors, enjoy familiar faces, and pick up your GBIV tote bag if you haven't already! All Member Socials are potluck optional. If you’d like to bring something to share, please plan to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the social (by 1:30 PM). This helps ensure food is enjoyed during the gathering and doesn’t leave the host with too many leftovers. Can't make this one? Our goal to host one Social Hour each month, rotating to each neighborhood in our Village. Perhaps the next one could be at your home. | | | Using Ride Share Apps Saturday, November 15 | 2:30-4 PM | Woodridge Library
Have you ever wanted to learn more about how to use travel apps and websites like Google Maps, Transit, Uber, Lyft, and more? Join us for an interactive event at Woodridge Community Library, where we’ll explore how to use these apps to make traveling locally easier—whether you’re at home in DC or visiting another city. You’ll get hands-on practice with one-on-one support from GBIV members and leave feeling confident in how to navigate! | | | Game Group Sunday, November 16 | 4 - 5:30 PM | Right Proper Brewing

Come play, laugh, and help us keep this community favorite going strong! Bring a game of your own (or use ours), grab a drink or a snack, and have fun!
This event is held at Right Proper Brewery on Girard Street. We’ll plan to play on the patio when the weather is warm, and for cooler or rainy evenings, Right Proper has also offered to host us in the back production space.
