During this visit, you will:

• Receive quick educational information about your health

• Complete a short pre-screen

• Get scheduled for the full Health Screening Event on December 18

Wednesday, December 18 | 1:00–4:00 PM
Those who attend on December 18 will receive a free blood test that offers valuable insights into your risk of:

• Heart attack

• Heart disease

• Diabetes

• Kidney disease
  …and more.
  This screening is especially helpful for anyone with a personal or family history of health concerns.
