About this event

Farm-to-Table Community Cooking Class with Chef Saskia Yeboah

Join GBIV for a special farm-to-table, hands-on community cooking class featuring Chef and Farmer Saskia Yeboah — a local chef with over 10 years of professional experience.

Saskia will guide participants through the art of making Thai Fried Rice, showcasing how to transform fresh, locally grown produce into a flavorful and nourishing meal. You’ll learn techniques and tips, all while connecting with others who share a love for good food and community.

Supporting and purchasing local produce not only strengthens our local food network, but also ensures fresher, more nutrient-rich meals. Eating seasonally helps reduce environmental impact, supports sustainable farming practices, and connects us more deeply to the rhythms of our land.

Come cook, learn, and taste the difference that local ingredients make,  from farm to your table.
