Join this panel of experts from Ingleside Engaged Living for this program that explores the window of time from once someone makes the decision to move their loved one into a memory program and how the three-legged stool of orientation, training, and therapeutic programs should be used to appropriately support the new resident and their primary caregiver in the transition to a residential memory program. This presentation will focus on what an appropriate orientation and transition plan looks like, how to evaluate if the memory care community has robust programming, and what to look for in terms of family and caregiver support and education.
