I am the Online Facilitator and Media Manager for a nonprofit called Sages & Seekers. We run intergenerational programs that foster meaningful relationships between Sages (adults 60+) and Seekers (students 14-24) to diminish ageism, combat social isolation, and build empathy between generations. Our programs are an opportunity for older adults to share their life experience with an interested listener and for both generations to shatter stereotypes they have of one another. We offer online programs that connect participants across the U.S. and abroad. Many senior organization members nationwide take part in these programs. Our online sessions meet on Zoom once a week for one hour for 7 weeks. Our Winter Session begins in January 2026.
We’d be so grateful if you would share information about Sages & Seekers in an upcoming newsletter or email. I’ve attached a flyer you can send to members, as well as sample copy that other organizations have used to promote our program.
